• Nicole Ann Lamphere, 28, Skowhegan, failure to pay fines and fees, Jan. 14, $415 bail, no court appearance, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• Scott D. Andrews, 32, Temple, driving under the influence, Jan. 14, $2,500 unsecured, court appearance March 18, Farmington Police Department.
