Fred Huntress, left, and George Buker, right, enjoy conversation and refreshments after the January meeting of the Minot Historical Society. Huntress spoke on the topic, "Big Trees of Maine." The next meeting of the society will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, at the Minot Town Office. Eda Tripp will speak about the history of the Center Minot Grange.
