BOSTON, Mass. — The following local Northeastern University students were recently named to the dean’s list for the fall semester 2009.

Auburn: Andrew Sawyer, majoring in business administration.

Bowdoin: Christina Erving, majoring in international affairs.

Gray: Katherine Stewart, majoring in journalism.

Greene: Lindsey Pelletier, majoring in pharmacy.

Lewiston: Matthew Letourneau, majoring in mechanical engineering; Samantha Tremblay, majoring in pharmacy.

Lisbon: Andrew Caron, majoring in criminal justice.

Litchfield: John Daggett, majoring in biology; Nicholas Daggett, majoring in mechanical engineering.

New Gloucester: Wilburn Morris, majoring in international business concentration.

Turner: Jennifer Duguay, majoring in music; Madison Maclean, majoring in political science and international affairs.

Wales: Daniel Fontaine, majoring in pharmacy.

To achieve the dean’s list distinction, students must carry a full program of at least four courses, have a quality point average of 3.25 or greater out of a possible 4.0 and carry no single grade lower than a C during the course of their college career.
