Henry D. Lepage
1916 – 2010
LEWISTON — Henry D. Lepage, 93, of Lewiston died Wednesday, Feb. 10, at d’Youville Pavilion.
He was born in Jackman, June 2, 1916, the son of Aimee and Georgianna (Lavoie) Lepage.
He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during World War II.
After his service to his country, he worked for the U.S. Steel Service as a truck driver, where he retired at the age of 70.
He was a longtime member of the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul and also a member of the American Legion, Eagles Club and the Past-Time Club.
He is survived by his wife, Blanche Lepage, whom he married in July 1972; nephew, Maurice Lepage of Greene; nieces, Rita Safford of Maryland, and Jeannette Gross of Leeds; two stepchildren; and many stepgrandchildren, stepnieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sister, Simonne Baril; and brothers, Laurier and Maurice Lepage.
