Deanna Lynn Allen
1970 – 2010

READFIELD — Deanna Lynn Allen passed away Feb. 10, at her home in Readfield.

She was born on Dec. 24, 1970, in a Christmas Eve blizzard to George and Claire (Hunt) Allen. A lifelong Readfield resident, she graduated from Maranacook Community School in 1989.

Emergency service was her life. She served with the Winthrop Ambulance for 20 years, was a current member of the Fayette Fire Department, a past member of the Readfield Fire Department and recently had served with the Mount Vernon Rescue.

She is survived by her father, George Allen of Readfield; a sister, Kathie Adams and her husband, Mark, of Hanover, Mass.; a brother, William Allen and his wife, Martha, of Pittston; and four nieces, Abigail Adams, Erica Adams, Rebecca Allen and Emily Allen.

She was predeceased by her mother, Claire.
