MECHANIC FALLS — Harvest Hill Farms is on the move again. Owners Peter and Kathie Bolduc have just completed another expansion of their business with the recent opening of Farm House Pizza and Deli at their Route 26 location in Mechanic Falls, a half mile north of the junction of Routes 26 and 11.
In addition to the opening of their new pizza shop, they also moved their Country Farm Market to the new Route 26 property.
Previously located on Route 11 at 840 Bakerstown Road in Poland, the Farm Market now occupies the right side of the first floor of the restored farmhouse and the pizza shop occupies the left side, with the main entrance for both being at the left side of the Farm House. The entrance is also handicap accessible with a new wheelchair ramp.
Farm House Pizza and Deli is under the management of pizza aficionado Paul Federico, who brings with him 20 years of experience in the pizza business. The menu includes pizza, hot and cold subs, wraps and Italian sandwiches, plus salads and pasta. Federico makes his own primavera sauce for the pasta offerings on the menu. They also offer numerous side orders including, but not limited to french fries, onion rings, garlic bread and much more.
The Farm Market offers a complete line of their range fed beef, pork, chicken and turkey cuts along with fresh vegetables, depending upon the season. They stock an extensive wine selection in addition to the beer and soft drinks in the pizza shop. Fresh dairy products from Smiling Hill Dairy are also available, along with a complete line of Harvest Hill Farms Maple syrup products from their two maple sugar operations in Poland and Byron.
