Participants in the Story Time and Toddler Time programs at the Lisbon Library recently celebrated Dr. Seuss’ birthday with fun and games. The festivities began on Feb. 24 and 25 with games, Dr. Seuss stories and a Cat in the Hat top hat cake, complete with red and white stripes. On March 3 and 4, festivities continued with more stories, a “Pin the bow tie on the Cat in the Hat” game and a “Ring Around the Hat” game.
