UPTON — The Upton Historical Society will hold its election of officers meeting at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 23, at the Upton School House.
Society meeting
MEXICO — The Mexico Historical Society will meet on Tuesday, May 25, at the Cal Lyon room under the Town Office. There will be a potluck dinner at 5:30 p.m. followed by the meeting and a speaker. Kevin Sassi will speak on the Reserve Corp and its importance to the River Valley.
The board of directors will meet at 4 p.m.
Confer degree
CANTON — Whitney Lodge 167 A.F. and A.M. will hold a special meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, My 20, to confer the Master Mason degree. The meeting will be preceded by a casserole supper at 6:30 p.m. All Master Masons are welcome.
Stephens High
RUMFORD — Members of the Stephens High School Class of 1948 will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 20, at the Route 2 Diner. Those planning to attend should call Simonne at 364-3801.
Class of 1945
LIVERMORE — The monthly luncheon for the Stephens High School Class of 1945 will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, May 20, at the Carriage House, 1523 Federal Road. Anyone needing a ride or planning to attend should call Connie at 364-8785 or Muriel at 545-2709.
