LIVERMORE — Allen K. Fletcher of Livermore and Karen S. Fletcher of Newington, Conn., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Christine Fletcher, to Billie Michael Kenyon, son of Crystal M. St. Andrews and Billie C. Young of Gloversville, N.Y.

Miss Fletcher, a native of Farmington, is a graduate of Mountain Valley High School in Mexico and is employed at Rob and Crystal’s All American Restaurant in Gloversville, N.Y. She is the granddaughter of George J. Doiron of Jay.

Mr. Kenyon is a graduate of Gloversville High School and is employed at the Rob and Crystal’s All American Restaurant in Gloversville, N.Y.

The wedding is planned for Sept. 4 in New York.
