AUBURN — Scott Robert, a member of the Dot Fernald team at ERA Worden Realty, 473 Center St., has been recognized as being in the top 1 percent of all ERA agents in the U.S. He had more than $8 million in sales in 2009.

Robert has been in the real estate industry since 2008. Prior to joining the Dot Fernald team, he owned a commercial flooring business, as well as owned and managed a 75-unit, multifamily apartment complex. He built his own home, and his construction knowledge has been invaluable to his clients. He specializes in residential and commercial sales, as well as commercial leases. He is currently a certified commercial investment member candidate.
