MONMOUTH — Have you ever pondered whether a certain someone is a clown or a fool? The Theater At Monmouth is determined to help you distinguish between the two with its presentation of “Shakespeare’s Clownes: A Foole’s Guide to Shakespeare.”
In this delightful romp, Curt L. Tofteland explores the wide range of comedic characters who populate William Shakespeare’s plays.
Tofteland will bring to life Feste, Bottom, Jaques, Peter Quince, Polonius, Autolycus, Launce, Petruchio, Dromio, Falstaff, Caliban, Trinculo, Stephano and Prospero.
The one-man show will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 26 at Cumston Hall.

Tofteland is new to The Theater At Monmouth. He will also direct Shakespeare’s “The Comedy of Errors,” which will open at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 9.
