April Deemer, daughter of Sherwood and Wendy Deemer of Sabattus, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2010 spring semester at the University of New England. Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better our of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.

A 2008 graduate of Oak Hill High School, Deemer is a major in psychology. She is also actively involved at the university in the Psychology Club and Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology.
