Trustees meeting
PARIS — The Paris Utility District monthly trustees meeting will be at 7 p.m. Monday, June 21, at the Paris Utility District Office, 1 Paris Hill Road.
Founder’s Day
SOUTH PARIS — The Hamlin Memorial Library and Museum is accepting vendor applications for the annual Founder’s Day event to be held Saturday, July 17.
Vendor spaces are $30 for a 20-foot by 20-foot area. Craftsmen or vendors interested in renting a space at the event may e-mail [email protected] or call 743-2980 for more information or to request a vendor application.
Kitten shower
NORWAY — A kitten shower will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 26 and from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 27, at Responsible Pet Care Feline Shelter and Adoption Center, 132 Waterford Road.
A drive-through express donation station will be set up, weather permitting. There will be door prizes, raffles and refreshments. Gift ideas include Purina kitten chow, cat toys, baby blankets, canned kitten food, bleach, paper towels, laundry soap or donations to the money tree for medical needs.
Senior picnic
FRYEBURG — The Oxford County Sheriff’s Office TRIAD Program will hold its 15th annual Senior Citizen Appreciation Day Picnic. The free event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 25, at the Fryeburg Fair Grounds.
There will be information booths, coffee, donuts, a picnic lunch, ice cream, cookies and drinks. There will also be a Chinese auction, 50/50 drawing, fudge, puzzle and book sale and a donation bucket available.
