TURNER — Richard and Cyndy Paradis of Turner are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Meghan Hope Paradis of Grafton, Mass., to Michael Joseph Rodier of Grafton, Mass., son of Joseph and Patti Rodier of Oxford, Mass.

Miss Paradis is a 2002 graduate of Jay High School in Jay and received her bachelor’s degree in disability studies in 2006 and her master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2007, both from Springfield College in Springfield, Mass. She is currently employed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, Mass.

Mr. Rodier is a 2002 graduate of St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury, Mass. He received a bachelor’s degree in history with a concentration in education from Assumption College in Worcester, Mass., in 2006. He is currently working on his master’s degree through Assumption College, where he is employed in the athletic department.

The wedding will be held on Oct. 2 in Oxford, Mass.
