Chef Dara Reimers of The Bread Shack puts the finishing touches on her artistic bread sculpture during the Masters de la Boulangerie competition this past March in Paris, France. Reimers will give a talk about her participation in this international event at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 24, at the Lewiston Public Library.
