LEWISTON — George R. “Jack” Washington, 80, of Lewiston passed away on Friday, June 18, at St. Mary’s D’youville Pavilion.

He was born on Oct. 5, 1929.

Jack is survived by Equilla Washington of Lewiston; daughters, Doris Kelly and Rosalyn Washington, both of Lewiston; six grandchildren, George Washington, Vokeisa Edwards, Alfred Kelly, Desiree Washington, Jada Washington and Trinity Washington, all of Lewiston; and stepson, Michael Richardson of Alabama.
