FARMINGTON — Gerald C. Jordan Jr., 69, of 264 Titcomb Hill Road, Farmington, died Wednesday, July 7, at the Sandy River Center in Farmington, following a long illness.

Born in Auburn on April 30, 1941, he was the son of Gerald and Emelia Beauparlant Jordan. Educated in Auburn schools, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and later worked for many years as a truck driver. He was an avid sports fan, closely following the New England sports teams and NASCAR, and loved spending time with his grandkids and reading his bible.

Survivors include his longtime companion, Sharon Aube of Farmington; a son, Randy of Palmyra; two “sons of his heart”, Mikel Tabor of Lisbon, and Allan Lewis and wife, Mary, of Sanford; one daughter, Marcy Webster of Auburn; two “daughters of his heart”, Laurie and husband, Kenneth Rackliff, of Vienna, and Debora and husband, Scott Audet, of Gretna, Va.; a brother, Ronald of Saugus, Mass.; two sisters, Dorothy Mower and Sandra and husband, Edgar Proctor, of Poland; nineteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Richard Jordan; a sister, Nancy Jordan; a son-in-law, Charles T. Webster; and a niece, Jackie Hewison.
