AUSTIN, Texas — Thomas E. Chandonnet was born on Sept. 9, 1957, in Lewiston, to Ernest and Margaret Chandonnet. He was called away peacefully by our gracious Lord on June 21, surrounded by family in Austin, Texas. Tom attended local schools in Maine, and graduated from Husson College in May 1980, with a degree in accounting.
He moved to Texas shortly thereafter, where he met his beloved wife and best friend, Lisa. They have two children, Zachary and Emily. Tom was very well respected in the community, he served during his 25 years with the state of Texas.
He unknowingly and profoundly touched many lives in his professional career and personal life. Tom was very spiritual and humbly served in ministries of his church. He will be greatly missed.
Tom was number 10 of 12 brothers and sisters; James, Daniel (wife, Carol), MaryEllen (husband, Leroy) Couillard, Eileen, Rose Mary (husband, Richard) Freve, and Susan of Maine; Patrick (wife, Alice), Sheila Brown and Ernest of Texas; his parents and two brothers, Michael and Tony, preceded him in death.
