DIXFIELD — Danielle McPhee and Nana Afari, together with their families, are pleased to announce their engagement.

Miss McPhee, a teacher at Dirigo Elementary School, is the daughter of Sue McPhee of Dixfield and the late Mark McPhee.

Mr. Afari, a pharmacist working for Rite Aid, is the son of the late Jonas and Patience Afari.

A summer 2011 wedding is planned.
