LEWISTON – Leopold R. Soucy of Horton Street died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019, at St. Mary’s Hospital. He was born on Jan. 12, 1932 in Baker Brook, New Brunswick, the son of Frank and Eva Michaud Soucy.
Leopold was employed at Bates Manufacturing from where he retired. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Leopold loved his dog “pup”.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, February 9, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., at Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa Street, Lewiston. A memorial service will follow at the funeral home at noon. Burial will be private at St. Peter Cemetery, Lewiston.
