AUBURN — UU Theater will hold auditions for “The Katrina Project: Hell and High Water” on Sunday, Sept. 19. The production will mark the five-year anniversary of the storm that ravaged New Orleans.

The multimedia docudrama will also pay tribute to all those who served on a mission trip to New Orleans to help rebuild the area.

 To express multicultural perspectives of the hurricane and its aftermath, UUT is seeking actors with different ethnic backgrounds. No monologues necessary; material will be provided.

 Auditions will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the First Universalist Church of Auburn, 169 Pleasant St. If you cannot attend the audition session, call 783-0461 to make other arrangements.
