AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer “Managing the Change Curve,” a workshop on how to manage situations involving personal or professional change, from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Oct. 22. The cost is $99 including materials.

In the workshop, participants will discover their own barriers to dealing with change and how to identify negative behaviors in others such as denial, apprehension, anger and resistance. Using specific strategies and skills outlined in the workshop, participants will improve how they and others manage the change curve.

The workshop will be facilitated by Marylin Newell.
