LEWISTON — L/A Arts will offer a touch drawing workshop led by Helen Warren from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9.

Titled “Drawing with Your Soul,” the workshop will be held at The DownStage at L/A Arts. The group will break from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. for lunch. Participation fee is $85 which includes all materials.

Rolling paint on a board on which tissue paper has been placed, participants will draw using only hands and fingers as tools. Touch drawing provides opportunity for relaxation, reflection and inspiration for the artist in each person.

The DownStage at L/A Arts is located at 5 Canal Street Alley, just off the first block of Pine Street. Parking is provided for free in the Camden National Bank parking lot. Register at www.laarts.org or call 782-7228.
