My son-in-law had to pay $37.50 to get a copy of his birth certificate from Connecticut so he could get his driver’s license renewed. I told him that it is not right to be charged so much.

I would like to know how President Barack Obama could get his driver’s license renewed if he won’t produce a birth certificate in public?
