GREENBURGH, N.Y. (AP) – Police say they are not likely to arrest a third man in a backyard sex romp in suburban Westchester County.
The officer never saw the face of the naked third man as he fled. Police Capt. Joseph DeCarlo said, “We would have to have a butt line-up.”
Two other Westchester County men — Gabriel De Jesus of Ossining and Francesco Autera — have both pleaded not guilty to charges of public lewdness, trespass and disorderly conduct. A Town Court hearing is scheduled Friday.
Police say they found the three men having sex behind a vacant house July 13. De Jesus later resigned as principal of Sacred Heart School for the Arts, a Catholic elementary school in Mount Vernon.
