FARMINGTON — Candidates for Maine House District 89 will participate in a debate at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, in Lincoln Auditorium at Roberts Learning Center at the University of Maine at Farmington.

Incumbent Lance Harvell, R-Farmington, and Democrat Yvette Robinson are vying to represent Farmington and Industry.

Local lawyer Woody Hanstein will serve as moderator for the debate. Each candidate will be given equal time for opening and closing statements and to respond to questions taken from the moderator, the audience and each other. Audience questions will be submitted on cards and read by the moderator.
