Beaulieu

LEWISTON — A surprise party was held recently for Benoit and Lucina Beaulieu of Lewiston on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. The event was planned by their daughter, Angie, on Sept. 25 and was held at her home.

Gold balloons with yellow flowers and candles decorated the tables. On display were past pictures of the couple.

Mr. Beaulieu and the former Lucina Gosselin were married on Sept. 17, 1960, at Saints Peter and Paul Church in Lewiston.

Their children are Pete Beaulieu, Angie Beaulieu, Helen Beaulieu and Paul Beaulieu. Their grandchildren are Chrisy Freve, Careena Michaud, Adam Beaulieu and Autumn Banks.

Mrs. Beaulieu was a hard-working wife and mother most of her life and also did some part-time work.

Mr. Beaulieu is retired from Phillips Elmet.
