LEWISTON — Andrea C. Ward, 63, a resident of Church Hill Road, Leeds, died Monday, Nov. 15, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston and is now at home with her Lord and Savior.

She was born Nov. 12, 1947, in Lewiston, the daughter of Arlene Burgess. She was educated in the Leeds schools and graduated from Monmouth Academy in 1965. On Aug. 7, 1965, in Leeds, she married her high-school sweetheart, Leslie Ward; they celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary this year. She was a homemaker; she had also worked at Chick Orchards in Monmouth, had worked at K-Mart in Auburn, and did babysitting for many people. She enjoyed her guinea pigs, church activities, crocheting, and going shopping. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene of Leeds.

She is survived by her mother, Arlene Burgess, of Leeds; husband, Leslie, of Leeds; three daughters, Lisa and her husband, Glenn Freeman, of Fayette, Victoria and her husband, Rodney Brents, of Lisbon Falls, and Amy and her husband, Jonathan Knight, of Auburn; five grandchildren, Jenny, Jacob and Joni Freeman, Meagan Burnham and Emma Knight.

She was predeceased by a grandson, Dustin Michael Burnham.
