Promising newcomers: Juniors — Emily Dixon (5-8 forward), Courtney Aldrich (5-7 guard); Sophomores – Alex Wilson (5-11 center), Emily Paione (5-6 guard), Kelsey Dumond (5-6 guard), Tori Denis (5-4 guard), Erica Brochu (6-0 center); Freshmen – Brie Wilson (5-9 forward), Jennes Talarico (5-6 guard), Meagan Mathon (5-8 forward).

Key losses:  Patricia DeFosse (forward), Kailey Marin (center), Jaime Swart (forward), Sage Sylvia (guard), Ruth Choate (forward).

 Outlook:

 After two straight 0-18 seasons, the Blue Devils are still trying to rebuild. McGraw has just three regulars back from last year. The roster is made up of eight underclassmen. Lewiston will have to see how well the newcomers adjust to the rigors of the varsity level and learn along the way.

 “This will be a season of trials and adversity. The youth of the team compounded with lack of game experience will be a challenge. But it will be a challenge met with enthusiasm, desire and determination. Overall, play may be ugly at times, but the team plays with grit and pride.
