* Brittnee Diana Smith, 19, of 3 Aron Drive, on charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and failure to provide correct name, date of birth and address, 4:39 p.m. Wednesday at 9 Granite St.

* Joseph R. Leach, 21, of Tuell Hill Road, Sumner, on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia, 8:44 p.m. Wednesday at Academy and Main streets.

Androscoggin County

* Jeffrey Wentzell, 33, of Route 106, Leeds, arrested by Maine State Police on a charge of violating a protection order, 7:40 p.m. Wednesday at Leavitt Area High School, Turner.

*  Richard Murphy, 35, of 510 Lincoln St., Lewiston, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on warrants, 7:58 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street in Auburn.

* Karen Hudson, 35, of 208 Main St., Auburn, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of driving while intoxicated, 7:58 p.m. Wednesday in Auburn.

* Martha Curran, 36, of 725 Danville Corner Road,  Auburn, arrested by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency on two counts of theft of drugs and a charge of acquiring drugs by deception, 10:56 a.m. Thursday at that address.

* Nicholas Breton, 18, of 73 Cooper Ridge Road, Greene, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on charges of domestic assault and obstructing the report of a crime, 10:45 a.m. Friday at that address.

Accidents

Auburn

* A pickup truck driven by Janet C. Daigle, 44, of Auburn, was struck by a tractor-trailer driven by an unknown operator at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday on Minot Avenue at High Street. According to a police report, Daigle was driving through a green light when her vehicle was struck by the rig that was driven through a red light. Damage to her 2000 GMC was estimated at $1,200.
