Seven totes were delivered to Togus VA Medical Center on Jan. 5 holding household items collected by the Foster Carroll Post, American Legion, Auxiliary Unit 72, South Paris. The items will help homeless veterans as they are placed in apartments. New and used items estimated at $723 were delivered by Post Commander Dominik Klinger, Auxiliary President Sylvia Michaud-Kessell and Legion members Gil and Peggy Turner. Helping to catalogue the items were Ruth Taylor and Bea Damon.
