RUMFORD — A memorial service honoring the life of Donald A. Lyon was held Saturday at SG Thibault Funeral Home. The Rev. John Gensel officiated. Prior to the service military honors were rendered by the American Legion Post 824. Interment with military honors will be on Donald’s birthday, May 13, at 1 p.m. at the Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Mount Vernon Road, Augusta.
