Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on May 3 in Rumford District Court:

* Amy Howes, 28, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on theft charge, 3:15 p.m. Feb. 14 on Hancock Street. She was released on $300 cash bail. It is not known if Howes has a court date.

* Kyle Blodgett, 18, Mexico, operating after suspension (habitual offender status), 3:20 p.m. Feb. 13 on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $100 cash bail.

* Jacob Jackson, 19, Carthage, operating under the influence and operating without a license, 8:26 p.m. Feb. 10 on Route 108. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

* Joseph Pratt, 55, Dixfield, operating after suspension, 1:55 p.m. Feb. 11 on Route 2. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

* Raymond Berryment, 68, Rumford, operating under the influence, 5:24 p.m. Feb. 8 on Route 2. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.

* Ashley Morissette, 20, Mexico, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of operating without a license, 12:27 a.m. Feb. 7 on Main Street in Mexico. She was released on $160 secured bail. It is not known if Morissette has a court date.
