Agriculture meeting

LOVELL — The third annual meeting of persons interested in local food and agricultural production will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 12, at the Charlotte Hobbes Memorial Library.

The primary topic will be the exploration and formation of a Back Yard Farmers and Gardeners Association. All interested residents in the greater Lovell area are invited to attend.

St. Pat’s dinner-dance

PARIS — Foster Carroll Post 72, American Legion and Auxiliary, will hold a St. Patrick’s dinner and dance on Saturday, March 12, at the American Legion Hall, Church Street. Dinner will be served from 5 to 6 p.m. Dancing with music by Jones Band will follow at 6:30.

Menu will be a boiled dinner with choice of corned beef or ham. Cost is $7 for adults, $3 for children under 12, no charge under 3. Take-out is available. The dance is $5. For information, call 743- 6684.
