AUBURN — Funeral services honoring the life of Earl F. Goding were held Thursday at the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham and Son, with Pastor David Clark officiating. During the service, words of remembrance were shared by Earl’s son, Norman Davis and Earl’s granddaughters, Kari Poulin and Jessica Carpentier. Earl’s grandnephew, Peter Goding sang Earl’s favorite hymn “How Great Thou Art,” accompanied on the keyboard by Kathy Haley. All were then invited to a reception of fellowship at Court Street Baptist Church hall at the conclusion of the services. Graveside committal prayers with military honors will be held later in the spring at Pine Street Cemetery in Auburn.
