LIVERMORE FALLS — The Planning Board has rescheduled a public hearing on a proposed ordinance to protect Moose Hill Pond.
The hearing was scheduled to be earlier but in order to comply with the public notice law, it has been changed to 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 21, at the town office, Code Enforcement Officer James Butler Jr. said.
The proposed ordinance will also be sent to the U.S. Department of Agriculture on March 16 to meet its 90-day review period, he said.
The hearing and discussion on another Planning Board matter will be held prior to the selectmen’s meeting.
