Wilton Select Board acts on proposed zoning amendments

Read-a-thon to be held in Farmington for mobile kids’ library
The fundraiser will directly support Backroad Books – a mobile library Twice Sold Tales owner Amber Stone is building to bring a library and free children’s books to the rural areas of Franklin County with “book deserts.”
Wilton sends budget to warrant for 2022 Town Meeting
Wilton Select Board is recommending a $2.45 million budget – a $192,611 (8.5%) increase from the 2021-22 budget. The Finance Committee has recommended a $2.49 million budget – $226,212 (10%) more than this year.
