A stack of railroad ties burns Tuesday morning just before the railroad trestle spanning the Androscoggin River between Lewiston and Auburn. Firefighters from Auburn extinguished the flames in about 20 minutes.
A stack of railroad ties burns Tuesday morning just before the railroad trestle spanning the Androscoggin River between Lewiston and Auburn on the Auburn side. The blaze was 10 feet from a brush fire and is under investigation.
