    Motorists traveling Route 196 between Lewiston and Topsham can expect significant delays until the beginning of September due to a major paving project as well as sidewalk and drainage improvements. A crew from All States Asphalt of Richmond was working Wednesday between Lisbon and Lisbon Falls near Farwell Mill Apartments.
