BATON ROUGE, La. — Megan Chamberland of Winthrop was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Monmouth-area youth selling poinsettias to raise funds for program
