Former Oxford Hills Christian Academy administrator charged with theft
Clarence L. Swartz, 49, of Buckfield was arrested Monday on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, according to police. Swartz resigned as Oxford Hills Christian Academy’s administrator/principal in May.
