The proposed rooftop bar and event space would be a steel and glass structure with a brick wall that would be an “outdoor annex” open seven months out of the year next to the 290 Maine Street restaurant, said 290 Maine Street owner Ryan Ricci during a public hearing hosted by the Norway Planning Board.
