China Democrat enters 2020 presidential race
Fred Wiand, 78, plans to embark on a national tour to promote his campaign at 1 p.m. Saturday at the China Lake boat launch on Causeway Road. He is at least the second man from the Kennebec County town to run for the nation’s highest office.
