Police found a 20-year-old gunshot victim and a 21-year-old who was hit by a car in a Walgreens parking lot on Forest Avenue Tuesday evening, nearly 2 miles from the site of the shooting.

Man wounded by shooter in Portland Tuesday night
The suspect was still at large after the shooting on Congress Street around 8:30 p.m. and the victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
