RUMFORD — A local man was charged Wednesday with domestic violence. Anthony Mazza, 33, of Rumford was arrested at 3:55 p.m. at the Rumford Police Department on River Street. He was released from the department on $700 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on May 3.
