Flash flood watch extended to Androscoggin County

GRAY — The National Weather Service has extended a flash flood watch for western Maine to include Androscoggin County. Showers could rapidly raise the water levels in streams and rivers in the area.  The watch, which means the risk of hazardous conditions has increased significantly, is expected to last until midnight.
