The following local students were named to the dean’s list at New England College in Henniker, N.H., for the fall 2009 semester: Chelsea Fournier of Buckfield, a junior. Kristen Eaton of Litchfield, a senior.

Kristina Leigh Donahue of Buckfield was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2009 semester at Mars Hill College in Mars Hill, N.C. To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 on a minimum of 12 semester hours and carry no grade below a C.
