The letter from Phillippe Juan Doyeni started off with one view and ended up taking a racist attitude (Feb. 15).

A person’s home can be any way a person wants it. If a person wants a urinal in the bathroom, then go for it. But that’s a far cry from discriminating against young, white men. The two have nothing in common.

As far as family courts go, a person can do something about the system if they are willing to put some effort and hard work into it. It would not happen overnight, and it won’t happen just by complaining. And it would not go into effect just to be there for an individual, but might be there for others in the future. Or, it may never happen.

But I can’t see using discrimination as an excuse. That excuse is overused and getting very sickening.
