Success breeds success. That adage is valid at almost every level of sport, and in high school running and skiing, it applies best to Ben True.
The Greely High School senior was the dominant runner last fall and has been just as successful on the trails this winter.
He eclipsed the competition at every race in which he participated this season, including two big wins at the state tournament.
For that reason and for his outstanding achievements as a senior at Greely
High School, Ben True is the 2002-2003
Sun-Journal Boys’ Nordic Skier of the Year.
