1918 – 2003

LEWISTON – Edward N. Dubois, 84, a resident of 42 Central Ave., died Monday at Central Maine Medical Center following a short illness.

He was born in Frenchville, May 27, 1918, the son of Noe and Clementine (Rossignol) Dubois. Mr. Dubois had been employed 29 years for Philips Elmet and served as a reservist with the Army National Guard for 29 years.

He was a member of SS Peter & Paul’s Church, Knights of Columbus Council 106 as a 3rd degree member and a 4th degree member of the Wallace Assembly.

He was also a member of the American Legion Post 22.

Survivors include two sisters, Yvonne Thibodeau and Edna Michaud both of Lewiston; a longtime friend, Yvette Lamontagne of Auburn; many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife the former Juliette Corriveau Jan. 5, 1991.
